A refreshing, colorful combination of shaved ice, evaporated milk, and a medley of sweet/caramelized ingredients: beans, coconut gels, ripe plantain, purple yam, young coconut, topped with leche flan, pinipig (rice cripies) and ube ice cream.
CREMA DEC LECHE
A popular Filipino dessert featuring shaved ice, sweetened/caramelized saba bananas., then topped with creamy macapuno (coconut sport), pinipig and slices of leche flan.
UBE ROYALE
A premium Filipino dessert featuring vibrant purple yam (ube halaya), shaved ice, macapuno strings (coconut sport), and evaporated milk, topped with ube ice cream.
MAIS CON YELO
A popular, refreshing Filipino dessert. It is a simple, layered treat made of sweet corn kernels, shaved ice, evaporated milk, and topped with leche flan and pinipig (toasted rice).
